Review of The 24h Pen Eyeliner - 3INA by katelouisepowell

Probably my new favourite liquid eyeliner! The felt tip pen applicator is decently saturated with the product, and you can create a really nice fine point. It doesn’t seem to smudge super easily either. I haven’t tested the 24hr claim, but overall this is real great #huntsabs
