Delicious vegan banh mi sandwich with Quorn and tempeh! The Quorn and tempeh are so well flavoured; most dishes with tempeh taste awesome. I just found it a little dry and the bread itself was tough and dry. Vietnamese sandwiches seem to be that way though. Love the packaging too! #abillionlove 💚🥪
