Review of Gargonzina - Pangea Foods by mchiarag
This cheese alternative, Gargonzina, should be the soy-based version of gorgonzola (blue cheese). I have to be honest: I did not particularly enjoy the taste. It's not bad, but it's very bland.
I wouldn't eat it by itself, but it is ok while cooking: I used it to make savory tarts.
