VEGAN

Vegatarian Centre House brand

💕For the love of Indian Cuisine💕

Black seeds( black cumin Seeds) for those that dont already know. This is a Superfood. It's been use for many generations in Eastern cuisine, it has many properties. Its use to treat auto immune disease of any kind. Its really helps to boost the immune system, it can be used as the whole seeds or grinded into a powder form.

You can add it to your curries or just about any dish your preparing. I personally love it, i added it to home made naan bread, with some crushed garlic in olive oil and some dried parsley. Its really tasty.

For those who have never tasted it before. It has a pungent taste after the seeds are roasted. Or a slight citrus taste when unroasted and grind down into a powder form.

I bought this at the vegetarian centre in Newton Park, 3rd Avenue.

It was about R24 to R30 a per 100gram. The price varies from time to time. (There has been times when it was R28.90 per pack.) It is also available at most spice shops.

Its a must buy for those who suffer from any health ailments!!!
