Can’t say I’m a fan of this which is sad because it was really expensive. It tastes super vinegary to me! It also just burned to a crispy mess when melting. Wouldn’t buy again

Mouse's Favourite Hello, Sorry for your bad experience. We don't actually recommend trying to melt the Aged Dulse, which is of course covered in a wax. Hope this hasn't put you off trying our other cheeses. Many thanks, PeterReply
