Review of Alimento a Base de Soya sabor Chorizo - Soyamigo by abi88
I really like this brand. Soyamigo has different flavors to prepare traditional Mexican dishes with soy.
Here I prepared “chiles rellenos” or stuffed poblano pepper which is a traditional dish, in this case I used the soy chorizo and on top a tomato sauce 🤤
🤓 It’s a whole process to roast and peel the poblano pepper before the filling process but, the smell produced by roasting is more than delicious 😋 this process produces a set of chemical reactions called -the Maillard reactions- giving a set of unique aromas and flavors 😻

gwenda This looks delish... 🤤😋 (and soft to chew 😆) in Germany we prepare a similar dish 🙂 it is called "stuffed bell peppers" 🙂 it is filled with minced meat (in our case meatless minced meat alternative works super well too !) 4 likesReply
abi88 Yes, it’s soft to chew 😂😂 The plus is that the poblano chili pepper is a bit hot 🌶 🤤mmm which gives the extra 😋 we also filled bell peppers 🫑 I have seen them filled with veggies and rice a very nice option too 2 likesReply
