Review of Organic Sprouted Tofu Extra Firm - Trader Joe's by nibblenyaka

This is the only Sprouted organic tofu I know of. It has a firm texture and can be used for all sorts of vegan cooking. I prefer to make my own tofu but I have not been successful with making sprouted tofu, so this is my go to tofu.
