This Vegan Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan,Grana Padano or however you want to call it) is simply moving. It's made of red lentils and brewer's yeast but you can't actually notice any difference with the dairy cheese version. It's so nutritive and savory, perfect to grate on pasta or in a sandwich. I'm truly amazed by the existence of this product!
