These were really nothing special...I would just say that they taste like most other vegan cheese I've tasted. One thing that was unique with it was that I actually liked it melted on a sandwich. Normally I have a really hard time with melted vegan cheese, feeling nauseous and thinking it's a weird sticky texture, but this was okay.
