Review of Late Night Noodles - Wicked by katelouisepowell

I didn’t have high hopes for these when I opened the packet but they ended up pretty nice and saucy! Fairly nice thai basil flavour and the sauce was enjoyably thick once mixed properly and left for 5 mins. I only wish it had some textured soy protein pieces in there, or mushrooms or something.. Super easy, will probably get them again for convenience (lunches or drunk late night snacks)
