Review of Petit boucan - TyK by koyott

🇫🇷 Le Petit Boucan est un fromage végétal à pâte molle avec une croûte fleurie.
En bouche, seul ou avec un morceau de baguette fraîche et de la margarine, c'est le bonheur! 🤤
Le goût n'est pas prononcé et c'est ce que j'aime!
S'il fallait comparer avec un fromage d'origine animale, je dirais qu'il se rapproche du fromage de chèvre, en plus doux. Excellent !! 😋

🇬🇧 The "Petit Boucan" is a soft vegetable cheese with a bloomy rind.
In the mouth, alone or with a piece of fresh baguette and margarine, it's happiness! 🤤
The taste is not pronounced and that's what I like!
If we had to compare with a cheese of animal origin, I would say that it is similar to goat cheese, but milder. Excellent !! 😋
