I like to tell myself that I have an oven in the kitchen and that I can get ready-to-bake meals. Wrong 😣
I have a toaster oven because I'm a #lazyvegan, and that happens to be the scene of many a complacency-fuelled disaster 😧 You can't see it, but the base of this #pie / #pastry thing was completely charred through because I wasn't paying attention to it 😅 A real shame, because this could have been absolutely amazing. I love #mushroom, I love nuts (this has #hazelnut, #almond, #peanut, and #walnut), and I love flaky/crispy things. This was going to be so beautiful 🥺
#veganisnotscary, unless I'm the one preparing your food 😬

stevenneoh Oh, could be worse! I did that at university, so the entire block had to wait it out in the courtyard while they determined that it was indeed my kitchen from which the alarm was triggered 🤭1 likeReply
