I like this butter for cooking particularly since it is the unsalted kind. Been using this to make garlic bread—tasty! Butter has a slight crumbly texture and a tinge of sourness. The sourness is very much reduced when heated. Its smell is more pungent than its taste. It is made with minimal ingredients and without palm oil.
