#millet is used in place of rice because it's supposedly healthier. The #mincedmeat in the centre (forgot to take a picture because we #couldntresist eating😬) was beautifully textured and had the same sweet-umami flavour as the traditional porky version 😋 Fully recommended, I would get this again on a heartbeat.
