Review of Ricotta Tortellini - Kite Hill by mischievousmonsters

I tried Kite Hill’s tortellini, and it was okay. The vegan ricotta on the inside had a funky texture while the flavor was too bland. The pasta baked well though, and it would be a lot better with a flavorful pasta sauce. (6/10)
