Review of 4 Indian Inspired Lentil Quarter Pounders - Sainsbury's by yourlocalvegan

We got sent these in a Sainsbury’s delivery instead of the spicy bean burgers we normally get, but these are okay. They’re burgers made with with sweet potato, spinach, green lentils and rice, seasoned with herbs and spices. They have a nice curry-like flavour, which is slightly strange in a burger but not bad. They’re sort of somewhere between a bean burger and a nut cutlet, and they could be eaten in a burger bun or just plain with cooked vegetables. A box of four is £2 which is good value and they’re fairly healthy. I probably wouldn’t choose to get them again because the Sainsbury’s spicy bean burgers are my favourite!
