Review of Entrante especial at Pura Vida Vegan Bar (Santa y Pura) by reila17

Absolutely amazing place. I took my non (yet) vegan boyfriend there and he loved everything. We tried the "entrante especial" (special starter): potatoes salad (with aguacate, sun-dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds), fried cauliflower with tahini and the smoked aubergine. Everything came with some hot focaccia and we ordered few nice beers (1906).
It's definitely one of my favourite place in Madrid.
