Review of 熊本マー油のヴィーガンらあめん (Vegan Kumamoto) at Kyushu Jangara by soki
The noodles were very thin. The artificial meat had the same texture as the meat we find in non-vegan ramen. Overall, it was a tasty and aromatic dish.
