Review of Mozzarella flavour shreds - Daiya by unejanie

The last time I bought Daiya cheese, they were almost the only vegan cheese brand available and their products were tasteless and rubbery. I had a daiya pizza last week and was impressed by how their cheese melted so I thought I would give it a second chance. They really have improved! This cheese melted perfectly. It added a nice gooey touch to my ravioli. #ditchdairy #vegancheese
