Review of Moq Au Vin - Wicked by timea
Hollyy fuuckk is this rich. Really really tasty sauce, the brandy flavour is very potent, and it's got a nice variety of veg that all cooked up perfectly.
The soya pieces did not remind us of duck, more of a chewy beef texture, but still a nice addition.
We had this with the wicked rice, but it would probably go better with mash🤔
