It's like chilli potato but with tofu (made of chickpeas). It tasted good, I guess it's heathy. Chilli potato is crispy but this was too soft, but still the texture was alright. Veryy expensive. 
Burma Burma comes up so many times in like lists of restaurants with vegan options but only in their dessert menu they mention what is vegan. Have to confirm with the waiter if something is vegan or can be made so

There is a separate Vegan friendly menu if you ask them. In that menu it is mentioned which dishes are vegan. I am not sure about other branches but I got it in Sector 18 Noida branch. However, not all staff knows about this so sometimes we have to explain and sometimes its very easy.

Ohhh I also went to the Noida branch. I found vegan menu only for desserts
