Review of Vegan Spinach & Cashew Ravioli - Trader Joe's by unejanie

These sell out quickly at Trader Joe's and I see why. I made kitchen sink ravioli - mushrooms, onions, and green beans with a little red wine and other fun stuff. They coooked perfectly in the sauce and were delicious. Also very affordable compared to a lot of vegan ravioli. I just love eating ravioli! I decided the package was miss labeled and contained two servings instead of three so I only ate two servings. #pasta #ravioli #carbsforlife #veganisnotscary
