Nice umami pieces, small and chewy, a little watery if you put it in the freezer and defrost but was all good when we cooked off the excess moisture. Was great in our vegan pasta we cooked with onion, garlic ginger paste, broccoli, mushroom, dolmio sauce, chilli powder, cumin, sage, pepper, salt, paprika, parsley, garlic granules, Vivera Plant Bacon and Vemondo cheddar style cheese.
