This has to be hands down one of the best vegan laksas I’ve ever had. The star of the dish was the beautifully rich, fragrant and spicy coconut broth that had incredible depth of flavour. The laksa was topped with a generous serving of vermicelli noodles, tofu, vegetables and garnishes.
