Review of tortilla de patatas - Vemondo by mirandamarzan

Fairly good alternative for a Spanish tortilla, a little bit on the dry side however which didn’t bother me much as I topped it with onion chutney (an excellent addition and highly recommend eating it this way!). Would also be delicious if topped with a bit of black salt if you want more of a traditional eggy flavor!
