Found a really good multi grain pancake mix, fell in love with this instantly as it is delicious and boasts of nutrition.

If you have the right combination of vegan curd, mylk and butter you are in for a fluffy surprise. We enhanced the taste by adding a chocolate spread and blueberries into the mix, and we loved the end result.

You will need to give it a couple of tries till you get the right pancake consistency. But it is worth the try.
