This is not a drill, but if you spot these butter chicken pies at Checkers, GET THEM! 👏🏻 Definitely in my Top 2 favourite pies (along with the InstaProtein Cornish pie). It is so good - so flavourful on the inside, and the pastry on the outside is perfect: flaky and delicious.
“Soya pieces in a creamy tomato curry sauce. Baked in a flaky puff pastry.”
Baked it in the oven for 40 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. Baked from frozen and coated it with vegan mayo before baking 🥧 Paired it with a salad as per the serving suggestion.
Highly recommend, I absolutely will be getting these again. And again. And again 😍😍😍
