Review of Teriyaki Wagyu - Next Meats by consciouscookieee

NEXT Meats’ savoury-sweet teriyaki soy-based ‘wagyu’ was super umami & delicious as expected 😋😋✨ Loveee the smoky, crispy and caramelised edges & the chewy texture after roasting in the air-fryer for a couple of minutes.

This has a simpler and sweeter flavour profile with no discernible alcohol taste, in contrast to the Shoyu version. $8.10/150g from the @nextmeats_singapore website or @greenbutcherysg 🛒

Paired these with crunchy walnuts, truffle soymilk angel’s hair, miyeok (korean kelp) & goji! 🍝
