I don't know how Woolworths Food has done this but, wow, these are pretty impressive! The skin goes crispy is the air fryer and the inside doesn't dry out Soya based and really quick to cook. These took about 8 - 10 mins in the air fryer. No extra oil needed to cook them. We had them on Woolworths Food sourdough (which was also incredible) topped with a tomato, red onion and spinach fry up and some mustard on the side 👌 #sodelicious #nomeat #veganisnotscary
