Liquid death

Unfortunately, I am extremely susceptible to cool packaging. Case in point: my purchase of this #water. I was befuddled: it’s been positively reviewed on this platform, but at the end of the day, it’s just #sparkling water with very effective marketing. It isn’t as intensely carbonated as others I’ve tried, and although it was refreshing, there wasn’t anything that really stood out or wowed me. I do think it’s great that they use #recyclable containers and donate 10% of profits toward reducing plastic pollution — but I otherwise find Liquid Death indistinguishable from other sparkling waters and wouldn’t seek out more of it specifically.

sunshineyum I'd easily mistake this for an energy drink can. 2 likesReply
kyu It looks like pretty much anything but sparkling water — my colleague asked if it was alcohol! 2 likesReply
cloudyaquilegia I thought it was a beer 😀 4 likesReply
ksvegan17 I got a box of the flat water back in 2020 and didn’t like the metal taste from the can. I LOVE the mission and the idea of recyclable packaging though.1 likeReply
cloudyaquilegia I totally agree, even if at a difference with a glass bottle (but even a PET plastic bottle) you can't reuse this and you need to drink it more or less directly 2 likesReply
kyu Agreed — they’re big cans too! So it went sort of flat midway through. 1 likeReply
