This is actually really yummy! I’ve never had #glutenfree pasta before so I don’t have any experiences besides hearing that it’s not very good, but it’s super tender and was really easy to boil.
The cheese gives all the melty and gooey satisfaction of normal mac and cheese. This specific flavor has notes of blue cheese, which gives it more of an upscale experience that I wasn’t expecting. Top it with toasted breadcrumbs and you’re set!
I also appreciate that it’s #nongmo and still a good source of #plantprotein. The servings are 1 cup (3 total in package), but you could easily eat all of it between two adults in one sitting. I wish that they just put the noodles in the package like they do with other pastas, but it is nice that it’s separated in case you want to use regular pasta instead.
