Review of pad thai with soy chicken at Vegan Nova by vegangumshoe

This was the best pad Thai I have ever had! Usually vegan pad Thai is super bland, but this was super flavorful and the chicken was similar to the drumstick texture and shredded like egg. Also comes with more noodles than bean sprouts which I always like. I highly recommend and will be getting this regularly.
