Healthy, cashew cheese wheel, minimal ingredients, no fillers, no extras. Low in saturated fat low in sodium 5 g of protein per serving. It’s not my favorite taste. I prefer my own homemade cheese, but it is one of the healthiest on the market even mentioned favorably by physicians committee for Responsible medicine.
