Wow! Absolutely delicious brown rice bowl filled with black-eyed peas, broccoli 🥦 , mushrooms 🍄, carrots 🥕 in a delicious tamari ginger 🫚 sauce! I love this! Will most definitely get this one again!
Fat a little high, but sodium is on lower side compared to other similar microwave meals. Low in sugar with no added sugar which is definitely a plus in my book!
Also a great source of fiber and protein!
