Review of Vegan Kumamoto at Hakata Ramen + Bar by alistar

🇯🇵🤩 As advised by @jessskh, I can confirm this place does indeed have the best ramen in London! 🍜 🤤 The shiitake mushroom 🍄broth was so creamy and garlicky 🧄with burnt garlic oil and loads of garlic chips to add some texture. The tofu 🫛was silken but fried so it was like in a fluffy pillow cloud ☁️of amazing textures and tastes. There were some menma, bean 🌱sprouts, wood ear 🍄mushrooms, and a soya🫛 mince. It was heaven in a bowl I tell you. I’m only gutted this place isn’t closer.
