This Banana Oat Muffin by Petunia’s Pies & Pastries is as good as a #glutenfree muffin can be, and they always do a good job making sure their baked goods are moist and not on the drier side like so many other gf baked goods.
I don’t adhere to a gluten free diet but was given this muffin at work and enjoyed it. You can find Petunia’s items at New Seasons Market or other co-ops around Portland or, even better, head to their all vegan & GF bakery/restaurant in SW Portland to find even more options.
