Review of Tofu Fried Rice at Asher's Corner Cafe @ Ashers Farm Sanctuary by veganonthesavannah

This tofu fried rice was so delicious and homey! A real confort meal. I opted for the medium because I was splitting with my partner but I would recommend the spicier one if you like spice. The tofu great for protein and the veggies in this dish really complement it. It comes with a little coleslaw salad as well which is a great little addition to the dish for some tanginess.
