Review of Mushroom Elixir Gummy Vitamin - Natrum Naturals by hereforareason

I’ve gone through my fair share of mushrooms-as-medicine phases. These little babies supply 10 functional mushrooms in a serving of 2 bites. The fruity, gummy delivery method is a fun treat for the sake of your health (I’m a big fan of edible treats for motivation and self-care)!

The 10 mushrooms: maitake, shiitake, Lion’s Mane, reishi, cordyceps, Chaga, turkey tail, white button, black fungus, and royal sun 🍄

The package touts these benefits: energy, vitality, brain function, and immunity. But from what I’ve heard about these mushrooms, there’s a lot more offered here! Gut health, reduced inflammation, and lowered blood sugar among them.

Note: I hesitated to give these a full 5 stars, even though I liked the product, because it’s hard to tell if they really do provide results and I think more critical research needs to be performed on medicinal mushrooms.
