🥧Definitely a unique pie~ pies aren't the easiest bakes, so I'm happy to see someone venture here. Keep an open mind if you try it!
🍄The filling is largely tofu with mushrooms, and I believe some potato? The texture is dense, so it's not like... Mash type of filling. Truffle is very subtle, I recall.
⚖️The crust is good for me! Holds together, but not too dry.
🌈I think it'd be great to add splash of colour to the filling, as it's largely pale yellow/ off white, which might not be as attractive as it could be. Maybe adding in spinach or minced carrot/ peas?
⏰Take note it will take 20 minutes bake time upon ordering.
