Review of Medium Vermicelli Noodle Salad (Sauteed Shitake Enoki & Shimeji Mushrooms) at misschu by veganadam

I had this at a user group meeting which kindly provided meals for people attending. I know the catering was from Miss Chu; hopefully I got the name and size of the dish right. There is tofu and onion as well as mushrooms. A pretty tasty and healthy quick meal!
