For some reason the cost of my favourite tofu has gone up, so this textured vegetable protein is now my favourite protein intake, this is far more better than tofu. Gives you 10 grams of protein for 20 grams of soya chunks! 💪🏾 Easy to cook and prepare, we often make it ‘keema’ style. 😊
