Review of Bánh Xèo Chay at Hanoi Alley- Street Food by greenp

I keep such good memories of this vegan bánh xèo I had in Copenhagen a few months ago! It was just as crispy and thin as it ought to be 🌮 The filling with mushroom, tofu and fresh mungo sprouts - that is, if I remember well - and the fresh herbs and veggies (shiso, coriander, mint and shreded daikons and carrots) created such a nice balance, both in textures and flavours!
I cannot recommend this place enough if you are in Copenhagen and enjoy Vietnamese food, as they offer several nice vegan options :))
