Dish: "Mega Protein"
On April 8, 2024, my sister, my little niece, my bro-in-law, and I, were at "Zrno Bio Bistro" in Zagreb, Croatia.
My brother-in-law chose the dish “Mega Protein” for himself. He liked it much and he said he would order it again.
The dish was a combo of grilled tempeh and farmmade tofu and seitan with BBQ sauce, green vegetables and cooked sweet potato.
