Review of Granola matcha at Grounded by greenp

A bit disappointed with this matcha granola bowl from Grounded. Don’t get me wrong here, it is good! But I just feel it doesn’t equal the coffee shop’s wonderful rolls and toasts.

It is a combination of soy yoghurt, homemade tahini granola, jasmin tea poached pears (how ingenious!! This subtle jasmin notes was for me the highlight of the dish), and matcha sirup. The latter was a bit disappointing in my opinion, as I expected a strong matcha flavour and ended up barely being able to taste it.

Still, you can tell that every element is prepared with good products and attention to details. And it all comes nicely together! But what can I say, I’m for their rolls all the way 🍭
