Tasted OK, no funny after taste. Was not creamy, more like a gelato as it is made from water and olive oil. I found crystallized water under the seal as seen in the photo.

The dish was very good with cooked perfectly pasta and vegetables. We asked for spicy and we did get it spicy. Only thing we did not get was non GF pasta but that was OK.

Just Egg produced an omelette that mimicked real egg omelette in taste, texture and appearance. Wishing that they can make it on a scale to complete with real eggs in price.
