This is a Taiwan style dish with an umami shacha broth, ramen noodles, mushrooms and crunchy bits. Very hearty and savoury dish.
I love these croquette balls with mashed potato filling and crunchy outside.
Deep fried oyster mushrooms, well seasoned and with a sweet and sour chilli sauce. Yummy side!
This is my fave soup. I love coconut not too spicy tom yum soup. The Happiee “seafood” is not bad but I would prefer just veggies instead.
The red curry is nice but for me a bit too sweet. They served it with chili flakes, peanuts and what I thought was salt but that turned out to be sugar! So it became even more sweet….
So good to have milk tea Thai style that’s vegan! With choice of less sweet. Loved this!
Loved this vadai - it’s more like a falafel in texture. The dip was nice as well.
