Toasted coconut fries with mala mayo

It was alright. Fries were hot but couldn’t really taste the spice of the mala. Coconut shavings were also barely noticeable.

No actually the mala experience is only complete if you end it with LS trips to the toilet 👻

Impossible Mala served with mozzarella, passata, sautéed leeks, red chilli, button mushrooms, fried beancurd (tau pok) and water chestnuts. Finished with beancurd skin, Chinese coriander, chilli oil and Szechuan peppercorns. For an extra spicy kick, ask to add Chilli Padi (Bird's Eye Chilli) when ordering. For a vegan-friendly experience, ask to replace your mozzarella with Daiya Vegan Cheese.
