Rice noodles in amai sauce with fried tofu, beansprouts, leeks, chilli, red and spring onion. Garnished with fried shallots, mint, coriander and fresh lime.

Crisp on the outside / fluffy on the inside tofu that soaks up the Shichimi sauce. Crisp mangetout, onion red and green peppers. Served with white rice, sesame seeds and a slice of lime… *beware* the chopped up red chillis more
