Tofu's so versatile to take on any taste of dish!
Made this vegan tofu-peppers-aubergine-teriyaki dish and was actually quite tasty and healthy mixed with brown wholegrain rice

Great for dipping sauce, Miso soup mixes & home made veggie broth. I could literally drink & eat this raw from the container & cooked. 😍🤪🤩🤤🤤

Sides aplenty & definitely not shy with portions.

The Allotment Pizza in general is vegitarian friendly...but I made it vegan by having vegan cheese instead and adding the above more

Home made wrap for lunch with all sorts of delicious tasty fillings topped off with a generous dollop of vegan mayonnaise for some creaminess

So so easy to pan fry with water
Quick and non messy
Amazing placed in a wrap with spring onion and hoison sauce
Great for mixing in stir-fries aswell
Definitely recommend and don't even have to add additional flavouring more

So versatile, quick, tasty and light
Great with soya sauce or sweet chilli sauce
Easy to cook with various options
I pan fried some and put some in the oven too..makes them a tad crispy on the edges
