Just what you’d except from HK’s finest restaurant at HK’s finest hotels - mandarin oriental. The hazelnut praline mousse with chocolate Center glazed in coffee with cold infused Ethiopian coffee ice cream.. yumm

The charcoal roasted baby corn along with its skin and the milk tofu dip with a mustard tempering was just perfect. We relished the sauce on its own too..

The mango, pumpkin and pickles cold soup was unlike anything ive had before! It was full of exotic flavours from the pickle and well presented

The soup was served hot and it was presented well. The taste was authentic and the coconut added a great flavor.
